Care Instructions for the Tet Collection Bandanas

• The ao dai fabric is very fragile. When undoing the clasp, make sure to put pressure on the buttons, instead of tugging on the fabric ends.
• Hand wash your bandana gently with cold water and a mild detergent or hand soap.
• To flatten the bandana after washing, iron the bandana by placing a piece of cotton fabric between the iron and bandana. Do not apply direct heat.
• Do not wring out the bandana to prevent distorting its shape. Lay the garment flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry, away from direct sunlight.

When will I get my order?

Unfortunately, we are not Amazon. :) All shipments are made via USPS. Standard USPS Ground Transportation is 2-5 days, depending on location. Please contact us if you wish to purchase expedited or overnight shipping. Shipping does not include processing time. Orders have a processing time of 1-7 days. While we take pride in our fast turnaround, it is not guaranteed. If you need an item by a certain date, please order at least 10 days prior.

Do you accept returns?

As a small business, we are unable to accept returns for refunds at this time. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. 

How about exchanges?

We do offer exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Customers must purchase return shipping and new shipping.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us using the form. Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. 

Additional Terms

• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our exchange criteria.
• Clearance and custom products are not eligible for exchanges. XXL is considered a custom product and not exchangeable.
