As a small business, we are unable to accept returns for refunds at this time. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. 

We do offer exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of your order. To exchange, customer must purchase return shipping and new shipping. To initiate an exchange, please contact us using the form. Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our exchange criteria. Additionally, clearance and custom items are not eligible for exchanges. XXL is considered a custom product and not exchangeable.
